摘要
通过对各种风险改善措施的效益进行分析,确定最优的方案,是桥梁工程中的风险评价和风险决策中常常遇到的问题。研究表明:当用于改善安全的资金达到一定程度时,会出现资金投入对风险控制的边际效应。采用决策论的理论和方法,结合风险矩阵和ALARP准则,形成基于ALARP的桥梁风险矩阵决策方法。该方法不仅反映决策者的风险态度,也为基本的风险对策制定提供了依据。
The problem that determing the optimal scheme through the effectiveness analysis of a variety of risk improvement measures is often encountered.The study demonstrated that there will be a marginal effect on the risk control,When the risk improvement funds reach to a certain extent,By using decision theory and methods,the ALARP criteria was combined with the risk matrix,and the method of bridge risk matrix decision base on ALARP was established.The method not only can reflect the risk atti-tudes of decision makers,but also can provide basis for the formulation of basic risk measures.
