摘要
对生物酶固化土在高速公路底基层中的应用进行研究,研究了生物酶道路的路面结构以及施工工艺,修筑了生物酶试验路,通过对生物酶固化层现场检测结果表明:生物酶固化层的弯沉、压实度、CBR、回弹模量等值均满足设计要求,生物酶固化层的路用性能好,生物酶的固化效果明显。通过试验路的施工、现场试验及检测,积累了宝贵的试验数据,为生物酶土壤固化技术在高等级公路的应用提供了重要的研究基础。
This paper studies application of TerraZyme stabilized soil construction technology in expressway subbase,rereached on the Pavement structure and the construction technology of TerraZyme stabilized road.The test road was constructed.The on-site test results showes that:the rebound deflec-tion,degree of compaction,CBR,resilience modulus of TerraZyme solidified layer deflection are all meet the design requirements,TerraZyme can preferably stabilize the soil.Through construction,field test and detection of the test road,we accumulated valuable test data.It provided important research basis for the application of TerraZyme stabilized soil construction technology in high grade highway.
