从莞高速东江特大桥主桥设计

Design of the Dongjiang River's Main Bridge on Conghua-Dongguan Highway

东江特大桥为从莞高速跨越东江而设,全长1 377 m,主桥采用85 m+2×138 m+85 m 4跨连续刚构方案,本桥结构复杂,设计、施工难度大,是全线的重点控制工程。介绍了主桥的构造设计及结构计算,重点对箱梁梁底线型的选取、预应力布置及跨中下挠几个方面进行分析,并提出设计上的对策。

The Dongjiang Grand Bridge,1 377 m in length,was built to serve the purpose of allo-wing Conghua-Dongguan Highway to span the Dongjiang River.Its main bridge adopts an 85 m ＋2 ＆#215;138 m ＋85 m four-span continuous rigid framework.This bridge is regarded as the key project on the line for its complication in formation and difficulty in design and construction.This paper first presents the design of the main bridge’s construction and the structure computation,and then focuses on analysis of the key aspects in terms of the beam bottom line type selection of box girder,prestressed reinforcement’s ar-rangement and mid-span’s deflection before providing strategies for the tailored design.
