摘要
斜拉桥建设中往往采用先建塔、后做梁的施工顺序,若采用塔梁同步施工方法,可以有效缩短工期同时减少工程预算,为了研究该方法在不对称独塔斜拉桥中使用的可行性,依托实际工程,利用有限元软件,计算得到采用塔梁同步法施工的结构内力、应力、线形等结果,并与采用先塔后梁施工方法的结果对比分析。结果表明,采用塔梁同步施工,对箱梁的内力、线形与支座反力影响很小,但会小幅增加主塔所受弯矩与截面应力和塔横梁的成桥应力与施工过程控制应力。总体上塔梁同步施工方法优于传统的先塔后梁施工方法,即以牺牲主塔5%左右的应力储备,大幅缩短施工工期,同时减少可观的工程预算。
Cable-stayed bridge construction is often used to build the first tower,do after the con-struction sequence of the beam,tower beam synchronous construction methods,you can shorten the dura-tion and reduce the project budget,in order to study the method using the in asymmetric single tower ca-ble-stayed bridgefeasibility of relying on practical engineering,the use of finite element software,calcu-lated using the results of the internal force,stress,linear the tower beams synchronous construction meth-od,and comparative analysis with the results of the first tower rear spar construction methods.The results show that the tower beam simultaneous construction box girder internal force,linear bearing reaction force has little effect,but a small increase in the main tower suffered moment and section stress and the tower beam into a bridge stress and construction process control stress .The whole tower beam the simultaneous construction method is superior to traditional construction method,the first tower rear spar at the expense of the main tower stress reserve of some 5%,significantly shorten the construction period,while reducing the considerable project budget.
