摘要 机器视觉采用光学原理,通过采集目标图像然后利用计算机分析出结构的位移值。桥梁结构待测部位布置简易标志点,针对标志点的特点研究开发出形心跟踪定位算法。摄像机和软件集成后由一台计算机控制,对图像同步采集同步分析,可以实时得到测量结果。整套系统具有非接触的特点,可以弥补常规测试方法的不足,测量桥梁结构一些特殊的部位。基于机器视觉的测试系统在桥梁斜拉索振动位移监测、桥塔和拱肋偏位等桥梁关键部位的位移测量中很好地得到了应用,丰富和完善了桥梁测试技术。 The displacement of bridge structure was analyzed by compute through machine vision based on optical theory.Centroid tracking algorithm was developed for image recognition of the marker, which was fixed in the bridge structure beforehand.A computer controlled the camera and the software at the same time,the image acquisition and processing were conducted synchronous.The date of bridge de-formation can be got in real time.The machine vision measurement system is non-contact,and could mo-nitor some special parts of the bridge that can make up for deficiency of conventional measuring methods. The system enriched the testing technology by wide application in measurement of bridge cable vibration, arch rib and pylon sway.
