Collapse Stability Analysis and Treatment for a Hill Behind the Li Country Detention in Sichuan Province

在理县看守所后山崩塌应急勘查的基础上,通过对岩、土体物理力学性质和灾害体特征的深入探讨,详细分析了该斜坡的整体、危岩和新崩塌堆积体的稳定性,提出了"坡面清危+裂缝封填+新堆积体清方+被动防护网+落石槽+片石拦石墙"的崩塌综合治理方案,对各单项工程的结构进行了优化和细化设计。该治理方案在依托工程中的成功实施,有效解除了该崩塌工程的安全隐患,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益的同时,亦可为类似工程的设计和施工提供技术和理论依据。

Based on the collapse emergency exploration of the hill behind the detention house in Li Country,this article discussed the physical and mechanical properties for both rock and soil,described the character of this collapse in a detailed way.Then,it analyzed the stability of the whole slope,collap-sing rocks and new collapse accumulation,proposed the treatment technique of“Dangerous Rocks Clear-ing ＋Fissure Filling ＋New Collapse Accumulation Clearing ＋Passive Protecting Net ＋Falling Stone Cistern ＋Mortar Rubble Rock-retaining Wall”,optimized and refined each structure of subentry engi-neering.The successful using of this treatment scheme,in the collapse engineering,excluded the poten-tial threat,which not only gained great economic and social benefit,also provided technical and theoreti-cal basis for the design and construction of similar engineering.
