本文以软件检测机构战略作为研究对象,综合运用波特五力模型和产业周期模型等,分析了软件检测行业面临的发展瓶颈,说明了战略管理对软件测试机构的必要性。本文对于各类软件检测机构以及其他相关类型企业制定发展战略具有借鉴价值和指导意义。

The main topic of this paper is about the strategy of the software testing institution. Using of Michael Porter＇s Five Forces Model and Industry Cycle Model synthetically, we analyze bottlenecks in front of the industry development, and then conclude that the strategy management is necessary for software testing institution. This conclusion will be helpful and instructive to all kinds of software testing institutions and other enterprises in the similar industrial environment while making their strategies.
