射频消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴局限性高信号1例 被引量:7

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是指由于外伤及椎间盘退变等原因造成纤维环破裂,髓核突出,压迫或刺激到神经根或硬膜囊而产生的以腰痛及下肢疼痛、麻木为主要症状的病症;腰椎间盘的退行性改变是目前最明确和最常见的腰痛原因之一,也叫盘源性腰痛,其诊断特点为MRI上局限性高信号区(HIZ)。两者都属于祖国医学“腰腿痛”、“痹证”等范畴。射频消融术是今年来较为盛行的微创手术,由于其手术风险小、康复快,也是临床医师治疗腰椎间盘突出症及盘源性腰痛所广为采用的手术方法之一,笔者应用射频消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴HIZ 1例,疗效较好,现报告如下。
