目的探讨口腔全景X片在下颌阻生第3磨牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法对180颗下颌阻生第3磨牙采用口腔全景X片投照，预判其拔除术中的阻力，给出预估拔除难度评分。实际拔牙手术操作由专人凭经验实施，术后给出实际难度评分，对预判难度与实际难度进行一致性比较。结果预判拔牙难度与实际拔牙难度具有极好的一致性（κ=0．93）。结论口腔全景X片可以有效判断阻生牙拔牙难度，对制定下颌阻生第3磨牙拔除术方案有一定的应用价值。
