当代公务员思想政治教育的缺失及应对

The Lack of Ideological and Political Education of Contemporary Civil Servants and Its Countermeasures

加强当代公务员的思想政治教育具有非常重要的意义。当前我国公务员思想政治教育的缺失主要反映在教育主体的教育水平参差不齐、缺乏正规性。教育内容过于理想化、缺乏针对性，教育方法不够灵活、缺乏全面性，以及在教育实践过程中缺乏人文关怀等四个方面。因此，应从加强教育主体的队伍保障、提高教育主体的综合素质，突出内容教育的重点，综合运用多种教育方式、摒弃单一的教育手段，以及在教育实践过程中加强对公务员的人文关怀等四个方面入手来增强公务员思想政治教育的实效性。

It is very important to strengthen ideological and political education of contemporary civil servants. When researching on current situation of the lack of ideological and political education of civil servants in China, we can find it includes four aspects： 1） the education level of subject is uneven, the education is informal; 2） the content of education is too idealistic and lack of pertinence; 3） the teaching methods are not flexible enough and lack overall generality; 4） the process of education practice lacks of humanistic care. Therefore, we should strengthen the education subject team construction and improve their comprehensive quality; focus on the content of education; apply different educational ways comprehensively and abandon the single means of education; and strengthen the humanity concern of civil servants in the process of the teaching practice. Through the above four aspects we can enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of civil servants.
