穿支皮瓣及筋膜蒂皮瓣对骨及内固定外露创面的修复

Perforating Branches and Fascial Pedicle Skin Flaps in Repair of the Bare Wound Surfaces of Bone and Internal Fixation

目的评价穿支皮瓣及筋膜蒂皮瓣对骨质及内固定物外露创面的临床处理效果。方法对2005年6月—2013年6月收治的58例四肢不同部位经过一期手术发生骨及内固定外露的创面采用穿支皮瓣及筋膜蒂皮瓣行二次手术覆盖创面。结果 58例手术均完成,所有皮瓣均成活,其中6例不同程度出现血管危象,经过处理后皮瓣成活。随访6个月,皮瓣血运良好,一定程度恢复浅感觉。结论穿支皮瓣及筋膜蒂皮瓣用于修复骨及内固定外露创面时安全、可靠。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of perforating branches and fascial pedicle skin flaps in re- pair of the bare wound surfaces of bone and internal fixation. Methods Reoperations were performed in repairing the bare wound surface of bone and internal fixation in 58 patients after onestage operation during June 2005 and June 2013. Results The reoperations for 58 patients were all successful, and all flaps survived, including 6 cases of different de- grees of blood crisis which survived after treatment. With a postoperative follow-up for 6 months, all flaps had good blood supply and a certain degree of superficial sensitivity. Conclusion The perforating branches and fascial pedicle skin flaps in repair of the bare wound surfaces of bone and internal fixation is safe and reliable.
