儿科门诊处方用药情况分析

Analysis on the pediatric prescriptions in the outpatient

目的：调查我院儿科门诊用药，尤其是抗生素药物的应用情况，为儿童的抗生素药物合理应用提供依据。方法我院2012年7月-11月儿科门诊处方，每天随机抽取10张，共计1230张，对其有关临床用药情况进行统计、分析。结果在1230张处方中，医师开具的每张处方药品都在1~5种之间，每张处方平均2.48种；注射给药的处方占总处方的78.62%，口服给药的处方占总处方的21.38%；使用抗生素药物的处方共有788张，其中注射处方占87.18%，口服处方占12.82%；抗生素药物的应用种类主要是β内酰胺类和大环内酯类。结论我院医师和药师在儿科门诊处方用药品种数量上做得较好，但抗菌药物的使用及注射给药频率过高，应加强合理用药的意识。

Objective To survey the pediatric outpatient medicine of our hospital, evaluate the application of antibiotics in the outpatient prescriptions , provide the basis for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods During the pediatric outpatient prescriptions from July to November in 2012 in our hospital , select 10 prescription randomly, totally 1230 to statistics and analysis. Results In the 1230 prescriptions, the kinds of drugs are among 1-5 , average is 2.48 per prescriptions ; injections prescriptions occupy 82.68% of the all prescriptions,oral prescriptions is 25.03%, the antibiotics have 788 and among them,the inject prescriptions occupy 87.18%, oral prescription just 12.82%;the main application of antibiotic substances are β-lactams and macrolides .Conclusion On the number and kinds of prescriptions, physician and pharmacists done well,but about the injection drugs and the use of antibiotics drugs, their used frequency is too high, so ,we should have the consciousness to use drugs rationally.
