渠道混凝土衬砌单价分析

Unit Price Analysis of Channel Concrete Lining

渠道混凝土衬砌是2013年河南直管代建项目工程建设的关键，针对各土建标段施工单位反映的“合同单价低、物价上涨快、衬砌亏损”等问题，对渠道衬砌混凝土合同单价、实际成本单价分别进行了分析对比，根据结论提出了相关解决建议。首先应及时支付价差，减轻资金压力；其次应尽快处理相关超配衬砌机补偿问题；再次应更多制定重点项目进度专项奖励；最后施工单位要提高劳务人员、施工管理人员的技能水平。这样应该能够基本解决相关资金问题。

In the middle route construction projects of the South-to-North water diversion, directly governed by Henan or as an agent in 2013, channel concrete lining was the key. Several problems were raised by civil engineering tenders, such as low unit price of the contract, rapidly rising prices, the losses of concrete lining, ect. Aiming at these problems, this article analyzed and compared the unit prices, including unit price of channel concrete lining, that of the quota, of Present value, and of actual cost. Based on this analysis, some solutions to these problems were put forward：First of all, the difference in prices should be paid in time to reduce financial pressure;secondly, the compensation issues of super-distri- bution lining machine should be handled in accordance withthe relevant regulations;thirdly, the construction units are supposed to try to go along with the program,develop a quality assurance with a strong ability,and obtain more special awards on the key projects.
