加强招标投标工作的研究和探讨

自《中华人民共和国招标投标法》实施以来，招标投标领域已经形成了比较完善的法律体系，使得招标投标活动逐步走向规范化、合理化。但是由于不同法律法规之间存在的相互交叉与冲突，以及从业人员的技术水平良莠不齐等原因，使得招标投标活动中技术环节还需要改进和提高。现通过对招标投标活动中关键环节的分析与阐述，就如何保证招标投标活动的健康发展提出意见和建议。

Since since the implementation of ＂the people＇s Republic of China invite public bidding bids law＂, the tender bid domain has formed a relatively perfect legal system, the bidding activities towards the standardization, rationalization. Because the cross and conflict exist between the different laws and regulations, as well as practitioners of technical level uneven, some good and some bad and other reasons, makes the technical aspects of the tendering and bidding activities also need to improve. This paper analyzed and elaborated on the key link in tendering and bidding activities,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to ensure the healthy development of the tendering and bidding activities.
