工程维修养护项目是南水北调中线京石段工程运行管理中的一项重要工作内容。将PDCA管理方法引入到京石段工程维修养护管理中，从现场管理的角度，分析PDCA方法在工程维修养护项目投资管理中的运用，提出费用管理计划、实施、检查和处理的方法，并提出其在投资控制过程中的作用及实现和优化建议。

Engineering repair and maintenance project is an important content of operation management in Beiiing-Shiiiazhuang Section Project of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The PDCA management method is introduced to the project. This article analyses of the use of PDCA management method in the investment management of engineering repair and maintenance projects from the aspect of the field management, puts？ forward the methods of the cost management plan, implementation, examination and treatment, and its role in the investment control process and optimization suggestions of the PDCA management is proposed.
