Study Influence of FDI on Adjustment of Industrial Structure in China for the New Coming Age

金融危机之后,利用外资的环境发生了巨大的变化。当前,我国利用外商直接投资面临着新形势,并对产业结构调整的机制产生了影响,除传统的资本、技术、人力途径外,还借助比较优势的变化和国际产业转移等路径来促进产业结构的合理化和高级化,为进一步利用外资促进我国产业结构的优化提出了对策建议。

As the background of utilizing foreign investment environment has undergone tremen- dous changes after the financial crisis, and from the comprehensive analysis of domestic and internation- al, two aspects of the new situation of using foreign direct investment and expanding mechanism of for- eign investment on the industrial structure effects, in addition to the traditional capital, technology, human way, by means of comparative advantage and the changes of international industry transfer path to promote the rationalization of industrial structure and upgrade. This paper puts forward some coun- termeasures and suggestions for further utilization of foreign capital to promote China~ industrial struc- ture optimization.
