摘要
目的探讨异位妊娠的治疗方法和疗效。方法对我院2008年1月—2011年12月收治38例异位妊娠患者的临床资料进行分析。结果手术输卵管切除34例,清宫术1例,保守治疗3例,均痊愈出院,未发生其他并发症和漏、误诊。结论应加强农村孕妇孕期保健知识教育和孕期检查,减少因异位妊娠而导致的死亡。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy method and curative effect. Methods Will in January 2008-December 2011,the clinical data of 38 patients in hospital and the treatment results were analyzed. Results Tubal surgery resection of the 34 cases, 1 case, 3 cases of conservative treatment,were recovered and discharged, no other complications occurred and misdiagnosis. Conclusion To strengthen the rural health care knowledge during pregnancy education and prenatal care,in order to reduce caused by ectopic pregnancy and pregnant women died.
