护理干预对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的影响

Experience about nursing meddling contrast medium extravasation in contrast-enhanced CT scan

目的探讨护理干预对CT增强扫描造影剂外渗的影响。方法将2006年6月—2013年6月我院CT增强扫描患者2 000例随机分成护理干预组1 000例,对照组1 000例。对照组检查前行常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上CT医师根据护理评分结果,在不影响诊断图像质量的情况下降低高压注射器注射速度。观察2组造影剂外渗情况。结果护理干预组造影剂外渗8例,其中一般人群2例,易发人群6例;轻度外渗7例,中度外渗1例,重度外渗0例。对照组造影剂外渗20例,其中一般人群2例,易发人群18例;轻度外渗16例,中度3例,重度1例。护理干预组外渗率0.8%,明显低于对照组的2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT增强扫描前实施护理干预能有效减少造影剂外渗的发生。

Objective To inquire into affect of nursing meddling contrast medium extravasation in contrast-enhanced CT scan. Methods To random allocate 2 000 cases of contrast-enhanced CT scan from June 2006 to June 2013 into nursing meddling group 1 000 cases and control group 1 000 cases. According to nursing mask and on the basis of unaffecting quality of CT image,the doctors in CT room decided to lower injection velocity of high voltage injector. 28 cases of contrast medium extravasation were found altogether and incidence of contrast medium extravasation in nursing meddling group and control group was analyzed. Results 8 cases of contrast medium extsavasation were found in nursing meddling group,average crowd 2,susceptible crowd 6 and mild extravasation 7,moderate extravasation 1, severe extravasation 0. 20 cases of contrast medium extravasation were found in control group, average crowd 2, susceptille crowd 18 and mild extravasation 16, moderate extravasation 3, severe extravasation 1.The difference with statistics significance of incidence of contrast medium extravasation, 0.8 in nursing meddling group and 2% in control group, was observed. Conclusion It points out that nursing meddling before contrast enhanced CT scan can effectively reduce the incidence of contrast medium extravasation.
