胫骨骨折行交锁髓内钉术后的护理体会

Post operative nursing of tibial fractures undergoing intramedullary nailing

目的探讨胫骨骨折行交锁髓内钉术后的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2010年2月—2013年2月在我院就诊的89例胫骨骨折行交锁髓内钉手术患者术后病情、预后、饮食和康复训练等护理情况。结果 89例患者住院期间未发生骨折畸形愈合、髓内钉松动或断裂,以及继发性骨筋膜室综合征(osteofascial compartment syndrome,OCS)等并发症,全部临床治愈。结论做好胫骨骨折行交锁髓内钉患者的术后护理,可以有效地提高手术成功率,减轻患者身体和心理的痛苦,降低发生并发症的概率,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of post operative nursing in patients with tibial fractures undergoing intramedullary nailing. Methods The clinical post operative nursing data of 89 patients of the tibial fractures who were treated by undergoing intramedullary nailing from February 2010 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospeetlvely. Results During hospitalization all patients were healing through clinical treatment and post operative nursing,no malunion , fraetural displacement, the intramedullary nail loose or broken, and osteofaseial compartment syndrome. Conclusion Post operative nursing can improve the cure rate of surgery, alleviate the suffering of physical and psychological, reduce the risk of complication and improve the life quality of patients.
