基于AFS理论与PCA的体育教师评价体系构建方法研究

体育教师评价的准确性和客观性,由于受到其所教学生身体素质和天赋等随机因素影响,一直都颇受质疑。为提高体育教师评价的准确和客观性,提出了一种基于AFS理论与PCA(主成分分析)的新方法。它通过使用模糊概念代替具体打分;利用AFS理论处理各个模糊概念,将其量化;使用改进后的PCA处理量化后的专家意见等步骤构建评价体系和确定指标权重,有效消除了特尔斐法和层次分析法在体育教师评价体系研究中主观因素多、定量数据少、多依赖专家背景知识等缺陷。例证实验结果显示,采用新方法的评价结果更加客观、准确。

The accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation of the physical education teachers have always been questionable, since the evaluation is affected by their students＇ physical qualities and talents. In this paper, we propose a new method based on AFS and PCA to overcome the drawbacks from Delphi model and AHP method. First,instead of grading indicators, the AFS theory fuzzifies the indicators and gives the membership degrees of the fuzzy concepts; then, an improved PCA is employed to process the quantitative data. The illustration shows that the proposed method can construct measurable and objective evaluation system and indicator weights.
