缺勤文化及其理论解释
摘要
缺勤文化是组织中有关合理缺勤的共享信念和员工缺勤行为的习惯和常规,反映了缺勤的社会影响机制。目前的缺勤文化研究是一种静态研究,研究的范围是非常狭窄的。本文对缺勤文化研究进行了分析和总结,分别阐述了缺勤文化的概念与测量以及与缺勤的关系,并且应用相关理论对缺勤文化进行了进一步的解释和分析,最后提出缺勤文化未来可能的研究方向。
