大淘宝战略背景下的物流产业评价指标体系研究

Research on Logistics Industry System under the Background of Large Taobao Strategy

文章以大淘宝战略为背景,分析大淘宝战略实施中物流环节的重要性,通过对指标体系的数学建模和模型分析,计算出我国省份区域在大淘宝战略实施中,在基础设施平台建设、信息网络平台建设以及政策法律平台建设等影响物流产业发展的各项指标得分,从而构建出面向全国各省份区域的物流产业评价指标体系,为我国物流产业在大淘宝背景下改善体系结构、实现全面健康发展提供借鉴与参考。

Based on the background of large TaoBao strategy , the importance of logistics in the implementa-tion of large TaoBao Strategy is analyzed .Through the mathematical modeling and model analysis of the index system, the index scores of the constructions of infrastructure platform , information network platform , and policy and legal platform in the implementation of large Taobao strategy in some provinces and regions of our country have been studied .It can provide reference basis to the logistics industry in China to improve the sys-tem structure and realize the comprehensive and healthy development under background of the large Taobao .
