内源性一氧化碳的血管调节作用 被引量:2

The regulating role of endogenous carbon monoxide in blood vessel

摘要 一氧化碳(CO)作为继一氧化氮之后的又一内源性气体信号分子,具有与一氧化氮相似的血管调节作用.在生理状态下,CO具有舒张血管,抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖的作用.在病理生理学状态下,CO参与高血压、动脉粥样硬化、肺动脉高压、血管钙化等发病过程.该文就CO的生成、代谢,生理状态下及病理状态下内源性CO的血管调节作用进行综述. Similar to nitric oxide (NO) playing a key role in vascular regulating,carbon monoxide (CO) is another endogenous gaseous signal molecule after it.Under physiological condition,CO can relax vessels and inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.CO may participate in the development of hypertension,atherosclerosis,pulmonary hypertension and vascular calcification under pathophysilogic condition.In this review,we summarized the production,metabolism and vascular regulation of endogenous CO under physiologic and pathophysiologic conditions.
