以腹水为主要表现的儿童高嗜酸性粒细胞综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患儿,男,4岁4个月,入院前2月曾因“尿频、尿急、尿痛”,于当地查血常规示：WBC 59.57×109/L,N 81.0％,嗜酸性粒细胞（eosinophils,EOS） 0％,行膀胱镜检查示“尿道口狭窄、膀胱炎”,先后静脉点滴“青霉素及头孢类抗生素”40余天,临床症状消失,而血白细胞及中性粒细胞数无明显下降,遂出院观察.入院前12 d于当地复查血常规示WBC 74.6×109/L,N 76.4％,EOS计数不详（家长口述,未见报告单）,腹部超声示有积液,
