中国本土管理中的不确定性、通变与过程哲学 被引量：2

摘要 世界的本体在《易经》看来是一个过程,该过程本身是不确定的。因为世界的本体时刻处于变动之中,因此人们必须要在变化之中把握世界,这就是"通变"或"变通"的方法论。"阴阳"是易经的基础性概念,但它不处于本体论的层次,阴阳只提示一种"变"的轨迹,它是在"易"与"变"的基础上的认识论。如果将"阴阳"上升为本体论层次,则是世界本体的二元论,它实际上是波尔等人的现代物理哲学,这种现代物理哲学与中国传统思维没有太大的关系。中华文化圈中的管理,不仅是对不确定性的大幅度容忍,甚至是主动追求某种程度的不确定。任何一种想要克服某种不确定性,或者希望使用"满意"等原则消弭不确定的想法都是基于西方哲学的,而非中国本土思想。这一思想可以称之为"管理决策的中国辩证法"或"中国式认知和决策理论"。
