摘要
目的了解等级医院评审中的职业暴露管理措施对于减少医护人员职业暴露的影响。方法根据评审条款制定相应干预管理措施,比较2012年和2013年职业暴露在发生原因等方面的差异。结果由于锐器管理不规范和防护不足所致的医务人员职业暴露减少,差异具有显著性。结论等级医院评审当中针对职业暴露的管理是可行的干预措施,落实实施可以有效地减少医务人员职业暴露的发生。
Objective To explore whether these hospital evaluation measures of occupational exposure can reduce the healthcare workers’ occupational exposure. Methods According to the terms of hospital accreditation, corresponding intervention measures were formulated. To compare the differences of such aspects as occupational exposures causes 2012 and 2013. Results Healthcare workers’ occupational exposure that was due to the sharp instrument management is a not standard and preventive measure remaining inadequate is reduced. Conclusion Implementing intervention measures among level hospital accreditation can effectively reduce the occurrence of healthcare workers’ occupational exposure.
