石英谐振式湿敏元件的研制

摘要 以疏水性的甲基丙烯酸丁酯(Bu)和亲水性的丙烯酸羟乙酯的氯胺盐(Qb)聚合成的高分子材料为敏感膜,制作了石英谐振式湿敏元件,研究了材料的配比,增涂保护膜等对元件湿敏特性的影响。 Quartz Resonance humidity sensors were prepared with polymer composed of methacrylate butyl (Bu) and methacryloy hydroxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (Qb) as sensing film. It was studied that composition of materials, protect film coated on polymer effect on characteristics of sensors.
