双歧四联活菌制剂联合三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

Efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine preparation with triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection

目的评价双歧四联活菌制剂联合三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌(HP)的疗效。方法入选幽门螺杆菌感染所致的消化性溃疡患者126例,随机分A、B 2组,A组65例,单用三联疗法组(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+甲硝唑);B组61例,加双歧四联活菌制剂组(双歧四联活菌片+三联疗法),疗程均为7 d。A组:口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg,每日1次;克拉霉素缓释片0.5 g,每日1次;甲硝唑片0.2 g,每日3次。B组:加服双歧四联活菌片1.5 g,1日3次,服用时与抗菌药物服用至少间隔2 h,其余药物、疗程同A组。分别观察2组幽门螺杆菌根除率及不良反应发生率。结果三联组和加用双歧四联活菌组的幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为67.7%和86.9%,加用双歧四联活菌组幽门螺杆菌阳转阴率明显高于三联疗法组(P<0.05),三联组不良反应发生率为36.9%,加用双歧四联活菌组为8.2%。2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双歧四联活菌片联合三联疗法能提高对幽门螺杆菌的根除率,并减少胃肠道不良反应。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine preparation combined with triple therapy in radical Helicobacter pylori. Methods One hundred and twenty-six peptic ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty-five patients in group A were administrated with omeprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole triple therapy. Sixty-one patients in group B were administrated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine preparation plus triple therapy. Among them,in group A oral omeprazole enteric capsules 20 mg, 1 times a day, clarithromycin 0.5 g, 1 times a day, metronidazole tablets 0.2 g, 3 times a day.In group B, add oral bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets 1.5 g, 3 times a day, take at least 2 h with antibacterial drugs, and other drugs, treatment with group A.The treatment lasted 7 d and observed the two-Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The triple group and additive with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine group of Helicobacter pylori eradication rates were 67.7% and 86.9%,which show significant difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions, the triple therapy group was 36.9%, plused Bifidobacterium tetravaccine group was 8.2%. The two groups were highly significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetravaccine preparation combined with triple therapy can improve the curative effect of traditional triple therapy in radical Helicobacter pylori, and reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions, it also can improve the patient compliance.
