白细胞介素-18与核转录因子以及诱导型一氧化氮合酶在早期自然流产患者中的表达 被引量:2

Expression of interleukin-18,nuclear factor-kappa B and inducible nitric oxide synthase in early spontaneous abortion patients

摘要 目的观察白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、核转录因子(NF-κB)以及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达与早期自然流产的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测早期自然流产组(31例)、人工流产组(30例)患者的外周绒毛及蜕膜中IL-18、NF-κB、iNOS的表达情况,用ELISA和硝酸酶还原法检测血清中IL-18和iNOS的含量。比较2组患者上述标本中IL-18、NF-κB、iNOS的表达水平有无差别。结果 IL-18、NF-κB和iNOS在早期人工流产组和早期自然流产组的绒毛及蜕膜中均有表达。与早期人工流产组相比,早期自然流产组绒毛中IL-18、NF-κB和iNOS呈过度表达(P<0.05),蜕膜中iNOS呈过度表达(P<0.05)。血清中IL-18、iNOS的含量早期自然流产组明显高于早期人工流产组(P<0.05)。结论 IL-18、NF-κB和iNOS的过度表达可能与早期自然流产有关。血清中IL-18、iNOS过度表达可能是早期自然流产的预测分子。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of interleukin-18(IL-18), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and in early spontaneous abortion. Methods Thirty-one patients with early spontaneous abortion (trial group) and 30 subjects with artificial abortion (control group) were included in this study. The expression of IL-18,NF-κB and iNOS in vili and ducidua were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry assay;the levels of IL-18 and iNOS in the plasma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) of two groups. Results IL-18,NF-κB and iNOS can be detected in vili and decidua in early spontaneous abortion and early abortion group. Compared with early abortion group, the expression of IL-18, NF-κB and iNOS in vili in early spontaneous abortion were distinctly increased (P〈0.05), the expression of iNOS in ducidua in early spontaneous abortion was markedly increased(P〈0.05), the levels of IL-18 and iNOS of peripheral blood are distinctly increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of IL-18, iNOS and NF-κB may be significantly correlated with the occurrence of early spontaneous abortion. The IL-18, iNOS overexpression in plasm maybe a potential biomarker for the prediction of early spontaneous abortion.
