摘要 芳纶是天然的不燃纤维,有优良的力学性能适用于帆布骨架材料。但是和基体的粘合性并不好,而且价格居高不下,限制了芳纶在阻燃输送带中的使用。采用稀疏的织物结构和浸渍华烨的单浴胶可以改善芳纶和基体的粘合性能,并且使用太极的阻燃橡胶作为贴胶和盖胶制成的输送带小样达到理想的阻燃效果。 The aramid fiber is natural flame-retardant fiber and it is appropriate for canvas skeleton because its ex- cellent mechanical properties. But as a kind of canvas skeleton its adhesive properties with the matrix was bad and the price was high. All of these limited the application of in flame-retardant belt. When the canvas skeleton was designed sparse structure and dipped with two bath gel of HUAYE, the adhesive properties of aramid with the matrix were improved. And the rubber conveyor belt samples used tai chi flame retardant rubber as a paste reached ideal flame retardant effect.
