毕赤酵母工程菌ZLHY6发酵条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 以筛选得到的活性强并导入玉米赤霉烯酮降解酶基因的重组毕赤酵母ZLHY6为出发菌株,通过响应面法优化培养基。结果表明:经过对增殖培养基BMGY的优化,获得适合毕赤酵母ZLHY6生长的最优培养基配方:3.5%甘油、0.65%酵母提取物、10%磷酸钾缓冲液、1.25%硫酸铵、0.45%硫酸镁、0.04%硫酸钙。 The strong vitality strains, imported with zearalenone degrading enzyme gene, were selected as initial strains, and the medium was optimized by response surface analysis. The results indicated that the optimal medium suitable for Pichia ZLHY6 was 3.5% glycerin, 0.65% yeast extract, 10% buffer solu- tion of potassium phosphate, 1.25% ammonium sulfate, 0.45% magnesium sulfate, 0.04% calcium sulfate by optimization of multiplication medium BMGY.
