摘要 为应对移动互联网带来的新挑战,带动业务收入增长,运营商已经全面开展了流量经营的相关工作。分析了流量经营的典型业务场景,结合智能管道与智能运营双核心模型,提出了一种面向业务的流量经营解决方案,该方案主要由系统组网、系统架构和相关接口构成,并给出了方案的实现机制和流程。工程试点应用结果表明,该方案能有效支撑运营商实现流量经营。 In order to follow the new challenges brought by mobile internet and improve business income, it is necessary for communication operators to push traffic operations completely. A typical business scene about traffic operations is analyzed, a kind of double-core model related to intelligent pipe and intelligent management is combined with, a kind of the solution of traffic operations based on service is proposed and a realization mechanism of solution is given in this paper. This solution is mainly made up of System networking, system architecture and related interface. It is verified by the application result of project experiment that this solution can support communication operators to realize traffic operations efficiently.
