传统手术与小切口微创手术治疗小儿疝气疗效比较

Comparison of Traditional Surgery and Small Incision Minimally Invasive Operation in Treatment of Children Hernia

目的:比较传统手术、小切口微创手术治疗小儿疝气的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2009年4月至2012年10月收治的90例疝气患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,分别给予小切口微创手术和传统手术治疗,比较两组患儿手术疗效及各项指标。结果:治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、自主活动时间及住院时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。治疗组患儿术后并发症共计5例,并发症发生率为11.1%;对照组患儿术后并发症共计14例,并发症发生率为31.1%。治疗组患儿术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(X2=15.248,P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:小切口微创手术治疗小儿疝气具有创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,值得推广应用。

Objective：To compare the clinical effects and safety of traditional surgery and small incision minimally invasive operation in treatment of children hernia .Method：90 children with hernia in our hospital from Arp.2009 to Oct.2012 were selected as the research object ,by the way of random number table , they were divided into treatment group and control group , with 45 cases in each group respectively , they were treated with minimally invasive operation and traditional operation , curative effect and the operation indexe were compared between the two groups .Result：Amount of bleeding during the operation , operation time , independent activity time and hospital stay in treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group （ P＆lt;0.01 ） , There＆#39;s statistical significance .Among treatment group , the postoperative complications were 5 cases, the complication rate was 11.1%;among the control group , the children with postoperative complications were 14 cases, the complication rate was 31.1%.The treatment group in the incidence of post-operative complications was significantly lower than the control group （X2=15.248, P＆lt;0.01）, with statisti-cal significance .Conclusion：The small incision minimally invasive operation in treatment of infantile hernia has the advantages of small trauma , quick recovery , fewer complications , It is worthy of popularization and application .
