微创技术在拔除下颌第一磨牙中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨应用微创技术拔除下颌第一磨牙的优越性。方法:对要求拔除下颌第一磨牙的126个复杂病例,分别采用微创拔牙法(观察组)与传统劈凿法(对照组)两种方法拔牙,对手术时间、术中和术后并发症进行比较。结果:观察组因紧张而引起的血压、心律变化较小;术中断根率及拔牙窝不完整率观察组明显低于对照组;观察组患者术中痛苦的程度及发生率也不及对照组;术后疼痛肿胀反应对照组多于观察组;观察组拔牙时间缩短。结论:应用微创技术拔除下颌第一磨牙优于传统拔牙方法,值得推广。 Objective:To evaluate the superiority of the minimally invasive technology applying in ex-traction of mandibular first molar .Method:126 patients who required having the mandibular first molar ex-tracted were randomly assigned to two groups in this study .Tooth extraction of the observation group used minimally invasive method , the control group used traditional chisel .Then Compare the operation time , intr-aoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups .Result: The data showed that the changes in blood pressure and heart rate caused by stress in patients with minimally invasive extraction group were smal -ler than those of patients with traditional extraction method .In the observation group , the rate of the root frac-ture and the alveolar socket incomplete was lower , intraoperative or postoperative pain of the patients was smaller, the surgery time was shorter .Conclusion:The uncomfortable feeling in patients with minimally in-vasive extraction was significantly lesser than the patients with traditional method .This kind of tooth extrac-tion is superior to the traditional method and it is worthy to be recommended .
