湖南省城镇化与环境污染的库兹涅茨曲线 被引量:25

The EKC Research on the Relationship between Urbanization Development and Environmental Pollution of Hunan Province

摘要 运用1997-2011年湖南省10个市区的面板数据,以环境库兹涅茨曲线作为分析工具,本文对湖南省城镇化发展与环境污染之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果显示,湖南省城镇化发展与6类污染指标呈现了N型、倒U型和倒N型关系,并且由于湖南省各市区城镇化发展水平的不均衡,若干市区还未能实现相应曲线的转折点,城镇化发展中的环境保护问题依然至关重要,考虑城市间的差异实施差异化的发展与环保政策将是关键。 This paper uses panel data on Hunan Province's 10 cities from 1997 to 2012, and takes the environmental Kuznets curve as an analytical tool to do an empirical study on the relationship between urbanization development and environmental pollution in Hunan province. The results show that Hunan province's urbanization development and the six types of pollution indicators show the relationships of N-type, inverted U-type and inverted N-type. As the urbanization level of these cities of Hunan Province is not balanced, and some urban areas also failed to achieve a turning point in the corresponding curve, so urbanization and environmental protection problem remains critical. It is very important to consider the differences between cities and then to implement differentiation policy of development and environmental protection.
