摘要
齐泽克分析了当前生态学试图恢复"自然平衡"等流行观点,认为这些观点的实质是逃避,是避免与灾难之实在界相遇的自欺,在此情况下,生态学蜕变为大众的新鸦片,蜕变为全球资本主义意识形态的一种形式。正确的做法是走向"恐怖",直面生态灾难发生的现实,而避免任何意义的投射与回溯。齐泽克的生态观有潜在的矛盾,但也表现出独有的理论锋芒,对当前生态学习惯于把自然理想化以及从"类"、"我们"的角度思考生态问题的本质主义倾向具有警示与纠偏作用。
■i■ek analyzes some current ecological views,such as trying to restore the'natural balance,'and believes that they are in essence self-deceptive and evade from facing'the real'of disaster.Consequently,ecology has developed into the new opium for the masses,apredominant form of ideology of global capitalism.We must turn to'terror,'and learn to accept the reality of ecological disaster without charging it with any message or meaning.■i■ek's ecological view has some potential contradictions,but also shows its unique theoretical insights,which would question and rectify the essentialism in current ecology that is accustomed to idealizing nature and considering ecological problems from the perspective of human beings as a species.
