浙江省科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资意愿分析

Research on intellectual property right pledge financing intention of small and medium-sized s&t enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

从知识产权质押融资供需双方的角度设计并发放了调查问卷,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对收集到的相关数据进行了分析,从企业和银行知识产权质押融资意愿、企业知识产权、外部环境、科技中小企业自身条件、影响因素显著性等几个方面综合讨论了浙江省科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资意愿的现状,并针对以上各个方面提出了完善该融资方式的相关建议.

This article analyzes current situation about pledge financing desire of intellectual property rights for small and medium-size enterprises in Zhejiang Province. By using SPSS 17.0,it analyzes the data collected from question- naire which are designed in the perspective of both provider and supplier. The article contains analyses and sugges- tions for pledge financing of intellectual property right from five aspects： pledge financing desire of intellectual prop- erty right for enterprises and banks, intellectual property rights of enterprises, external environment, self-condition of small and medium-size science and technology enterprises and the significant influence factors.
