摘要
颈管是低温绝热气瓶最主要的内支撑结构,起到连接内外容器的作用。颈管的支撑结构是低温绝热气瓶最危险的区域。为了对颈管的结构进行优化,本文主要从强度方面考虑,利用有限元软件ANSYS对具有不同尺寸参数颈管的低温气瓶建立模型,在分别受静载荷及2g的横向冲击载荷作用下进行热应力分析。采用无量纲参数d/D、L/H和Dr/D,分析颈管的直径,长度及加强板直径对最大应力的影响规律,为低温绝热气瓶的结构设计起到一定的帮助作用。
The neck tube is the supporting structure for connecting inner and outer vessel of the cryogenic insulated cylin- der. The neck tube support is the most danger zone in cryogenic cylinder. In order to improve the neck tube structure, the model with different dimension parameters was established for thermal - stress analysis subjected to the static loading and 2g impact loading by used finite element software ANSYS in this paper from aspect of strength. The non - dimensional parameters, with d/ D, L/H and Dr/D were used in this calculation to analyze the influence law of diameter and length of neck tube, diameter of reinforcement plate on the max stress, which was helpful for construction designs on cryogenic insulated cylinder.
