摘要
详细分析了快速直喷式J-T制冷器的工作原理,研究了影响制冷器性能的重要因素,实验研究了节流孔直径、换热管镀锡层厚度、尼龙线缠绕等因素对制冷器启动时间和蓄冷时间的影响。结合试验结果,对各种影响因素的影响机理进行了理论分析,研究结论为提高快速直喷式J-T制冷器性能提供了理论依据。
This paper analyzed the working principle of high -speed direct injection J -T cooler, researched the important factor effecting the cooler capability , and proved factors effecting such as the orifice diameter, the tinplate thickness of heat transfer canal and intertwist of nylon lines etc , to startup time and cool storage time by experimentation. Then based on the experimentation, the paper analyzed the mechanism of factors, and the conclusion has theoretical contributions for advancing the capability of high - speed direct injection J - T cooler.
