摘要
介绍了一种X波段带镜像抑制混频器的下变频组件的设计,增益>40dB,带内增益平坦度<+1dB,功率1dB压缩点>10dBm;介绍了射频放大器,衰减器,中频放大器的工作方式,电路实现方法及装配调试结果,均满足设计要求。
A design of X waveband down - conversion module with image reject mixer was put forward. The ripple of gain is less than ＋ 2dB, power compression at ldB was mare than 10dBm. At the same time, radio amplifier, attenuator, IF amplifier, circuit working principle , realization method and circuit debugging results were provided in this article.
