摘要
目前国内出版的物理化学实验教材一般采用石墨粉作为防止铅锡氧化的试剂来进行热分析法绘制二元合金相图,但实验存在许多问题.从热力学角度分析了以往实验存在的问题,并改用松香作为抗氧化试剂对该实验进行了改进.通过分析实验过程,介绍实验的改进方法以及取得的成效.
The binary alloy phase diagram is drawn through thermal analysis in most physical chemistry experiment textbooks, where graphite is used as antioxidant to prevent tin-lead from being oxidized. However, there are some defects in this experiment. The defects are analyzed from the perspective of thermodynamic theory, and graphite is replaced with rosin to prevent tinlead from being oxidized. Through analyzing the whole experimental process, the improved method of the experiment and its results are introduced in this paper.
