摘要
叙述了中国的水资源,煤化工装置的用水、节水途径,产品新鲜水耗的基本要求和水权置换等问题,推荐系统节水优化分析方法;认为煤化工与水是一个经济与环境矛盾对立与统一的问题,处理好这两者的关系,是煤化工发展的健康之路。
Describe water resource in China ,ways of water exploiting and water saving in chemical coal industry ,basic requirements of water consumption for product fresh and the replacement of water rights ,etc . Recommend system optimization analysis method of water-saving . Also think relationship between coal chemical industry and water is opposition and unification issue of economic and environment ,to handle their relationship correctly is healthy way for coal chemical industry .
