摘要
针对合成氨生产过程中的一些问题,如制气过程蒸汽消耗、工艺气油水分离,催化剂表层结块、系统冷量平衡、合成补充气补入位置的选择等,探讨经济适用的处理方法,并介绍新型高效气液分离器的设计与应用、工艺放空气的集中回收、管道与容器穿孔的带压焊接等举措及其效果。
Discuss the economical and appropriate solutions for the problems in the ammonia production ,which include the steam consumption in the syngas production ,the separation of oil from water in the process gas ;the caking on the catalyst surface;the system cooling capacity balance ,the position choice of supplementary gas fill-into the syngas ,etc . This paper also describes the design and use of the new and efficient gas-liquid separator , the centralized recycle of the venting process gas ,the pressure welding for perforated pipes and containers ,and its effects ,etc .
