不同糖耐量人群血浆分泌型卷曲相关蛋白4水平与糖脂代谢、胰岛功能的相关研究 被引量:4

Correlation study of plasma levels of secreted frizzled related protein 4 with glucose and lipid me-tabolism, islet function in people with different glucose tolerance

摘要 目的探讨不同糖耐量人群血浆分泌型卷曲相关蛋白4(secreted frizzled-related protein4,SFRP4)水平与糖脂代谢和胰岛功能的关系。方法采用EusA法测定60例糖尿病前期患者(pre-diabetes组)、80例初发2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)及80例健康对照者(NC组)血浆SFRP4水平,用单因素方差分析法比较上述各组SFRP4水平,分析血浆SFRP4水平与相关代谢指标的关系,采用多元逐步回归法找出影响SFRP4水平的主要因素。结果T2DM组血浆SFRP4水平均高于pre-diabetes组和NC组,且pre-diabetes组高于NC组(P均〈0.05);相关性研究显示SFRP4与糖化血红蛋白呈正相关(P〈0.01),而与空腹胰岛素(Fins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)呈负相关(P〈0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示HOMA-IR是影响血浆SFRP4水平的独立因素(β=一2.019,P〈0.05)。结论循环SFRP4在糖尿病前期、初发2型糖尿病患者中呈高表达,对预测12DM的发生有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma levels of secreted frizzled related protein 4 with glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function in people with different glucose tolerance.Methods The plasma SFRP4 levels of 60 patients in pre-diabetes mellitus group, 80 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus (T2DM group) and 80 cases in normal control group were detected by ELISA method. Single factor analysis of variance method was used to compare the SFRP4 levels. The correlation of plasma SFRP4 levels with related metabolic indexes was analyzed. Multiple stepwise regression method was used to find out the main factors influencing the expression levels of SFRP4. Results The plasma levels of SFRP4 in T2DM group were higher than those in pre-diabetes group and NC group, and those in pre-dia- betes group were higher than those in NC group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Correlation study showed that the SFRP4 level was positively correlated with the level of HbA1 c ( P 〈 0.01 ), and was negatively correlated with Fins and HOMA-IR ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR was the in- dependent factor influencing the plasma level of SFRP4 ( β = - 2. 019, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The plasma SFRP4 level is highly expressed in pre-diabetes patients and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes pa- tients. It has important value in predicting the occurrence of T2DM.
