摘要
工程机械结构件在机加工过程中使用大量的水溶性切削液,切削液的残留对涂层性能有很大的影响。采用Bresle法对抛丸后钢材表面残留的水溶性切削液进行取样,测试了样品中盐的总表面浓度和pH,并考察了不同浓度的切削液对涂层附着力和耐盐雾性能的影响。研究发现,钢板机加工序中使用的切削液浓度越大,抛丸后残留在钢板上的盐的总表面浓度越大,导致涂层与钢板的附着力和耐盐雾性能下降。因此,工程机械结构件在抛丸前必须增加清除水溶性切削液的工序。
Large amount of water soluble cutting fluid is used during machining process of engineering machinery parts, and the residual cutting fluid has a great effect on the properties of coating. The samples of residual water-based cutting fluid on the surface of steel material after shot blasting were obtained by Bresle method, and the total surface concentration of salts and pH value of the obtained samples were measured. The influence of the concentration of cutting fluid on adhesion and salt spray resistance of coating was studied. It was found that the higher the concentration of water-based cutting fluid is applied during machining process of steel plate, the higher the total surface concentration of residual salts on the surface of steel plate is, resulting in decreasing adhesion and salt spray resistance of a coating on the surface of steel plate. Therefore, a process for removal of the water soluble cutting fluid must be added prior to shot blasting for engineering machinery parts.
