摘要
为筛选出抗旱效果明显的保水剂用量,提高甜菜成苗率和产量,研究保水剂不同用量处理对甜菜植株生长和产量的影响。结果表明,旱地龙抗旱保水剂5种用量处理中以每筒0.3g(折合每立方米营养土混合保水剂8.1kg)处理效果最佳。每筒0.3g处理对定植前甜菜幼苗植株生长促进作用最显著,每筒0.3g处理较CK株高、茎粗、主根长、植株鲜质量和干质量分别高74.3%、30.2%、30.6%、194.7%和215.2%;而且每筒0.3g处理较CK定植后幼苗成活率高5.6%;苗期结束时,每筒0.3g处理较CK植株茎叶鲜质量、茎叶干质量、根鲜质量和根干质量分别高64.8%、57.4%、30.1%和38.5%;收获时,每筒0.3g处理较CK生物产量、经济产量和折光糖度分别提高45.9%、43.5%和1.1%。可见,每筒0.3g处理效果最佳,在生产上可以推广应用。
In order to screen efficient super absorbent dosage and improve the survival rate and yield of sugarbeet, effects of different dosages of super absorbent on growth and yield of sugarbeet were stud- ied. The results showed that the level of 0.3 g in a paper-pot among 5 levels of "Handilong" could ob- viously play a promoting effect on seedling growth before planting. Plant height, stem width, main root longth, fresh mass and dry mass of plant in the level of 0. 3 g in a paper-pot were 74. 3%, 30.2%, 30.6%, 194.7% and 215.2% higher than that of CK respectively; the survival rate of level 0.3 g in a paper-pot was 5.6 % higher than CK after planting;the fresh and dry mass of plant, fresh and dry mass of roots in the level of 0.3 g in a paper-pot were 64.8%, 57.4%, 30.1% and 38.5% higher than the CK, respectively; the biomass, economic yield and refraction sugar content were 45.9%, 43.5% and 1.1% higher than CK, respectively. Thus the level of 0.3 g in a paper-pot was the most effective dosage for sugarbeet plant growth and yield,which could be extended in sugarbeet cultivation.
