摘要 焉耆黑蘑菇(Agaricusgennadii(Chot.etBoud.)P.D.Orton)是新疆特有优质野生食用菌,但目前还未人工驯化栽培。利用组织分离法分离菌种,并将焉耆黑蘑菇驯化成功。研究结果表明:焉耆黑蘑菇可以在青草(870g/kg)为主料,麸皮(100g/kg)、石灰(30g/kg)为辅料的培养料上正常生长发育,接种到子实体采收约70~90d,1a可栽培2次。 Agaricus gennadii ( Chot. et Boud. ) P. D. Orton was a special wild edible mushroom, but it was not cultivated artificially. The purpose of this research was to isolate the pure culture of Agaricus gennadii ( Chot. et Boud. ) P. D. Orton, and cultivated it triumphantly. Results displayed that Agaricus gennadii ( Chot. et Boud. ) P. D. Orton could grow up on a substrate consisting of 870 g/kg grass, 100 g/kg wheat bran and 30 g/kg lime. The cultivation cycle is 70--90 days and it can be cultivated for two cycles in one year.
