Dual Economy Structure and Informal Finance on Guizhou Minority Nationality Areas

本文以党的十八届三中全会提出允许具备条件的民间资本发起设立中小型银行等金融机构的政策为切入点,从贵州民族自治地区城乡二元经济结构及其民间金融发展现状入手,进行民族自治地区城乡二元经济结构与民间金融之间的机理分析,发现民间金融的发展对二元经济结构的弱化有重要的促进作用,并在此基础上,提出了贵州民族自治地区发展民间金融的政策建议。

On the Third Plenary Session of the 18th, h is put forward to allow qualified private capital to launch medium and small banks. So in this paper, starting with the present situation of dual economy structure and informal finance in Guizhou minority nationality areas, the author carried on the mechanism analysis between dual economy structure and the informal finance. It is proved that the developing on informal finance can weaken the dual economy structure. On the basis, the author put forward some policy recommendations on the development of informal finance in Guizhou minority nationality areas.
