摘要
以上海某造纸企业沼气的回收利用工程为例,提出改造后沼气利用工艺流程,比较干法脱硫、湿法脱硫、生物脱硫工艺的特点和经济性,比较一体式生物脱硫和分离式生物脱硫工艺,改造工程采用分离式生物脱硫工艺进行沼气脱硫。沼气用于沼气锅炉后,该造纸企业天然气总用量下降12%,取得了良好的节能效果和经济效益。
Taking the biogas recycling project of a papermaking enterprise in Shanghai for example, the technological process of biogas utilization after recon- struction is proposed. The characteristics and economy of dry desulfurization, wet desulphurization and biolog- ical desulfurization processes are compared. The inte- grated biological desulfurization process and separate biological desulfurization process are compared. The reconstruction project adopts the separate biological desulfurization process for biogas desulfurization. After the biogas is used in biogas boiler, the total natural gas consumption of the papermaking enterprises is reduced by 12% , achieving good energy saving effect and eco- nomic benefit.
