The sealing principles of floating ball valve and fixed ball valve are introduced, and the judgment method and reasons of inner leakage in ball valve are analyzed. The on-line treatment measures of inner leakage in ball valve including injection of clean- er, grease, lubrication sealing grease, sealing grease are discussed combined with an example.
